Our Curriculum

Ofsted next step from short inspection March 2017:

Children have a range of opportunities to develop mathematical knowledge, understanding and skills across the curriculum.

We were able to show the sequence of events in prehistory making sure that these were in chronological order on our timeline.

In our History fact recall game we had to roll a dice, count the number on the dice and then move our counter that many spaces.

We have been looking at shapes in our art work. We used circles and triangles and squares in our printing.

We used a Venn diagram in RE to help us sort creation questions which could be answered by science or religion.

Class Lynher used their chronological knowledge to order the time line of the Anglo-Saxons to the Vikings.
